实验密炼机机台 Experimental mixer machine

       本机主要由主机、传动系统、润滑系统、温度控制系统、液压系统、检测系统及电气控制系统等组成。机台特点具有上下对开式的独特结构，可在混炼过程中监测炼胶情况，控制分为手动、半自动，实时检测及显示数据，有温度排料和时间排料控制方法可供选择，对转子转速、上顶栓压力、冷却水温度实行闭环控制。具有集数据检测、处理、对比、计算、显示与一体的PLC控制系统。

       This machine is mainly composed of a main engine, transmission system, lubrication system, temperature control system, hydraulic system, detection system, and electrical control system. The machine features a unique structure with an open top and bottom configuration, which can monitor the rubber mixing process. The control is divided into manual and semi-automatic modes, with real-time detection and display of data. There are temperature discharge and time discharge control methods to choose from, and closed-loop control is implemented for rotor speed, top plug pressure, and cooling water temperature. A PLC control system that integrates data detection, processing, comparison, calculation, and display.
