本机主要由主机、传动系统、润滑系统、温度控制系统、液压系统、检测系统及电气控制系统等组成。该机台具有上下对开式的独特结构，可在混炼过程中监测炼胶情况。控制操作分为手动、半自动，能实时检测及显示数据。有温度排料和时间排料控制方法可供选择，对转子转速、上顶栓压力、冷却水温度实行闭环控制。具有集数据检测、处理、对比、计算、显示与一体的PLC控制系统。

This machine is mainly composed of a main engine, transmission system, lubrication system, temperature control system, hydraulic system, detection system, and electrical control system. This machine has a unique structure with an open top and bottom, which can monitor the rubber mixing situation during the mixing process. The control operation is divided into manual and semi-automatic, which can detect and display data in real time. There are temperature discharge and time discharge control methods to choose from, which implement closed-loop control of rotor speed, top plug pressure, and cooling water temperature. A PLC control system that integrates data detection, processing, comparison, calculation, and display.
